The Behaviour Change Network was founded by Dominic Ridley-Moy to help communicators, as well as those in operational and policy roles, apply behavioural science techniques to the challenges they face in they face in their organisations today.

Doctor Lucy Mersh
Associate Consultant
Lucy is a clinical psychologist with more than 20 years experience managing and supporting people with complex mental health problems, as well as an interest in mental health wellbeing.
She specialises in how groups act and teams can work better together, as well as tackling a wide range of issues from smoking cessation through to helping people exercise more and choose healthier lifestyles.
Lindsay Coulson
Associate consultant
Lindsay Coulson, is an experienced former Director of Communications, with more than 13 years working in corporate communications, as well as more than 10 years as a former journalist.

She specialises in communications strategy, campaign planning, reviews and audits.

And as you would expect she's won many awards for campaigns that change behaviours and help councils to improve lives.
Mandy Pearse
Associate consultant
Mandy Pearse, CIPR President 2021, has more than 25 years of experience working in senior communications roles in local government, in-house and as a consultant.

She specialises in helping clients to build their strategic communications capability, as well as extensive experience running behaviour change campaigns.
